I thought this was useful as it was not general but rooted in the Equality Act.

A helpful overview and guide on an increasingly important, mutually beneficial feature of employment.
Really this should be common sense but it was very helpful to learn the 4 types of discrimination and 9 protected characteristics.
I some times do not understand the way the questions are ask, they should be asked the same way that the training given, as this can cause someone with a learning difficulty to not understand the questions and get the wrong answer.
