For mandatory training, that is completed every year, we should be able to skip to the assessment instead of sitting through all the same training every year!
This was a very comprehensive training course covering all aspects of Equality and Diversity in the workplace. The online trainer and accompanying videos made it very user friendly. All the important points were clearly explained and summaries at the end of each section were concise and memorable. Definitely a recommended course for everyone.

Clear explanation of equality and diversity in the workplace
This is a complex issue which can be hard to understand and this course is very helpful in identifying the possible issues and explaining the differences between prejudices and discrimination for example.
The course was clear, concise and with the right amount of repetition. The ability to re-watch/read different slides was very useful.

The course explained aspects of Equality and Diversity. This was in a information format and in physical acting out presentations how it can be.achieved. Challenging situations of stereotyping and creating opportunity for all. The course was very interesting and tested ones knowledge at the end of training.
