I found this course easy to understand and liked the fact you could check back on details by replaying the sections. It was not too long in the presentations and had good summaries at the end of each section.
Not very impressed. This took too long of my time. Why could I not just read it?

Easy to listen to and understand
I enjoyed the training as I had forgotten a lot and it refreshed my knowledge.
Although I was aware of most of the content it was interesting knowing the different words to describe each type of discrimination etc
