Excellent course. Emphasises the fact that people have created the rules in the first and that people have the capability to change things by understanding the issues, acting upon them and vocalising.

It was just enough information if not more
There was a lot of information to absorb but I also found it quite informative. I was unsure about the definitions of Equality and Equity. I feel that asking questions sensitively and showing respect and kindness, treating everyone equally and embracing the differences between us, makes a much stronger team. A very interesting training course.
Improve the section on discrimination needs to be explained better
