The legal guidance for employers is useful however the training package is wrapped within layers of narrow-minded ideologies. It is helpful to tell people what is unlawful but it is not appropriate to tell people what, in your opinion, is ethical. I suggest you avoid offending people whose ethics and beliefs are different from your ideals: you are supposed to be promoting differences of opinion. Stick to the law, don't seek to impose your views and don't tell people how they should think.

This course needs to be adapted for different roles. I felt a lot of this course was for employers and could have been condensed for different roles
