Long due to volume of content

Tackled this on two sessions myself as was never going to complete in an hour - I like to review the supporting material too which is optional but felt may be necessary to cement learning and best practice. Found the explanation or examples of the four types of discrimination a bit lacking and these are key. Lengthy due to the huge amount of content it covers. Wonder if it could split into two modules?

Useful, informative and well presented

Found the training very useful, informative and well presented. It was quite intense but we were reminded to take breaks twice so that was good. I like that the legal requirements were emphasised – that should focus some people’s minds!

Excellent online training - It took me 1.5hrs to complete. Well worth the time.

sound quality still not good.

As previously reported on other courses; sound quality is not good, it changes tone frequently sounding tinny or base heavy. Kept freezing and cuts out occasionally. The 'take a break for a few minutes' is somewhat patronising? We all have pause buttons.
