I object to being told what my ideal workplace should be. In doing so, you are making general assumptions rather than looking at each situation - exactly what the course tells us not to do.
It is always good to pause for reflection. Be mindful towards others and putting the shoe on the other foot can only be positive.
A lot is common sense, but there is a lot to learn and think about.
