I understood most of the material already but it's good to have a recap, and it is also a good reminder of how individual staff members can 'improve the fabric' of the workplace,
My only concern is the gap between theory and real life interactions which take place immediately and with no planning or warning. It would be good for the workplace to follow up with role play to engender a better understanding and better guage the responses of individuals. I am 63 yeas of age and the terms to describe genders are worrying to me, as they are: 1.) New, 2.) Numerous and 3.) Easily forgottenMr Mrs ans Ms had a 50/50 chance of being correct, but the plethora of terms available now reduces the chances of remembering the correct one, and I am now worried I might offend somebody by getting it wrong.

The contents are enlightening, however, it does become a little tedious. It will be advantageous to save the sections completed at "Break-1" as well as at "Break-2". This should make it possible to continue where you left off at a more convenient time or day!
