EDI is an eye opener.
A really useful and invaluable course content covering this topic, good balance as slightly longer than some of the other courses to have some breaks put in.
I found the presentation of the course refreshing and engaging. I revisited past learning and built on previous learning to extend my knowledge and understanding of the issues.

I found the content to be clear and well-presented. It was a great idea to have two different presenters delivering various sections as this created variety during the course.

This course made me think about my past behaviour and attitudes. I liked the ethos that we should be kind in the work place, to each other and ourselves. We should be free to be ourselves and accept others as they are. The work place is about people primarily - it’s not al the ‘cut n thrust’ of business that should come first. The course made me want to dig deeper into E,D and I.
