This word is no longer used as it emphasises two specific groups (Asian and Black) and does not highlight or include other ethnic identities (such as mixed, other or white ethnic minority groups). It might be important to look at the section on gender and gender identity. 'Gender Reassignment' is used in law but it does not require someone to have undergone any medical treatments. It might be important to make this clear. It might be important to also include 'Disorders of Sex Development' (DSD) under this category also to ensure that people are aware of this category although they are not explicitly protected by law

At the beginning of the course I felt that I wasn't quite grasping the right terminology (getting the wrong answers in the first few interim questions), but it became much clearer as the course progressed. Very good.
There was a lot of information I thought I knew but actually didn’t so it was very educational for me.
This course was very informative and important to highlight any issues regarding these matters in the workplace and to know that anyone can change things and make a positive difference
I enjoyed learning differently outcomes
Self reflection element is really good, especially for this training
Well presented - but too fast paced at points when covering some aspects. More examples of situations which represent different types of discrimination - as thinking points/real life examples to help embed thinking and understand the pervasiveness of discrimination and bias would be good. Not just whirring through legal definitions of what is proscribed/required.
Very well presented
The multi choice questions can be confusing.
