Was very surprised with the age related discrimination 18 year olds and over 50's. helpful hints and valid information. must always try to put ones self in an individuals position and how they feel which we all tend to overlook from time to time.

Too many slides, too much starting and stopping, could have been condensed into a shorter period, difficult to commit to an hour during working day which results in doing it in your own time.
