Much of the content should be kind of obvious, i.e. just be a basically decent respectful human being. But because 'should' is not the same as 'is' those aspects were necessary. This means it could be a bit of a drag, but that was well mitigated. The other aspects (mostly around legislation) were actually rather interesting and indispensable. Glad I did the course.
I found the course very interesting and enjoyed the reflective aspects of it and will try and ACT (Acknowledge, Challenge and Train) regularly in the future.
A necessary course, glad this has been rolled out here.
helpful in understanding current legislation - took considerably longer than the 60minutes indicated as is often the case with these online courses
Opens one's understanding about biodiversity.
Far too long. Somewhat condescending in tone, e.g. people are like a round of drinks
Covered a lot of definition. There were some examples but I would have liked more examples and less about the definition of terms. This may be important for personnel in HR departments but not what I was looking for.
The skills i have received will certainly help me in the way i interact with my colleagues. There are many types and levels of discrimination, some protected by law and others not protected by the law. The ability to identify and how to approach matters that challenge a healthy working environment is very important. I thank the company and you for equipping me with the tools.
