This course has made me stop and reflect about not only the legal requirements associated with Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (clearly legislative), but also all my interactions; the 60 second stop and think challenge...so simple, yet so powerful and one that I will use with immediate effect. Breaks down protected characteristics into sections that allow the information to be understood and will allow with retention of this subject. Knowledge is tested throughout the course and there are additional links to other information to support self-study and to stretch and challenge a person's knowledge further. Looks at key responsibilities relating to the Equality Act and how discrimination may occur, and how this can be overcome.
