very good and interesting to take to the work place and understand the workforce .

Easy to navigate and well explained and showed me how to look at situations from different perspectives.

I covered a lot but on occasions was very basic.

Presentation of rather a dull subject was good. Probably one of my less favourite courses.

I found the course very informative, clearly explained and well produced. The 60 second thought reflection in 'your shoes' is an excellent idea for everyone.

Course would be better with Test first, and failure meaning take the course. Most people nowadays are trying to do the right thing/use the right methods and terminology by default and experience.

This course is very detailed and highlights some extremely important issues. It addresses structural inequalities instead of just focussing on direct discrimination like other EDI courses I have done. Protected characteristics are explained individually and in a way that goes beyond legal requirements. The emphasis on self-reflection also makes this course more meaningful. I feel much more confident being in a workplace where this training is provided.
