The subject was presented in an informative way without lecturing.
I would prefer a course showing example in COWI where actions were taken to treat the above. the course is too basic
Very basic course that raises some issues to think about when dealing with patients and colleagues alike and is a good refresher. Having participated in previous EDI seminar done by the Diversity Trust, this course is a relatively poor replacement in comparison but as mentioned before, a good refresher
This course was very good and it explained everything very well. It covered a wide range of situations and the correct way to deal with them that you may have not thought of.
Clear and straight to the point awsome as always.
The questions seem designed more to catch people out as trick questions, rather than to confirm understanding of the training content.
