The course covers all the topics thoroughly - i especially liked the questions at the end of some of the topics
The course reminded me how, even with the best intentions we have innate bias and stereotyping. Very welcome was the information and updating on the potentially confusing subject of gender diversity and its subtle nuances.
This course is informative and well structured and lays out the different types of discrimination very well. I think Positive Action is a good thing and would be good if visible within the business, due to the diversity of our current employees.
