Most staff in companies I've worked in over the last ten years have taken part in courses like this. These topics are also quite prominent in the news and online commentary. Taking this into account, the introductory explanations are rather long and over-explained. As a counter to this, the animations of equality and equity (the sunflowers) could be better to explain the points they make. They don't really stick in the mind as visual images, so they might not aid good retention. The Unconscious Biases course, on the other hand, is much clearer, interesting, and easier to follow, with good examples throughout.
Everyone should know more about Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
The course not only related to my updated awareness of Equality and Diversity but related to the awareness and knowledge when delivering the EPA for the new levels 4 and 5 in health and social care leadership roles. The course helped me to reflect on situations that have occurred in the past within the HSC setting often the equality of the clients is always met, but is still lacking towards the staff on many levels.

A very well organised training presentation. The speakers spoke clearly and slowly so it was easy to follow the presentation. Interesting additional resources added definitely help understand the topic better.
Updated information in line with gender association and the whole thing was easy to understand.
