Relevant, interesting and well paced.

EDI Training was relevant to my duties, to everyone's duties as it raises awareness in an accessible format. The video delivery, summaries and test questions prepare you sufficiently for the end test and the format is fairly clear. This course covers the topics fully and even gives you opportunities to learn more about each section by providing the necessary links should you wish to pursue these. Overall, the course was a positive, interesting and useful foundation for anyone as the topics covered are universal and crucial for all sectors.

Clear, helpful and wide ranged.

The content was relevant to many different people and clearly explained many terms some may find confusing. I found it easy to complete and helpful for my own knowledge on how to be inclusive in the workplace. One highlight was the breaks that were put into the training to allow the audience to have time to digest and prevent burnout.

why the "perfect specimen" presenters. Would be more creditable if your training presenters reflected society more

It was alright.

Long winded and too many videos. Reminds me of the VCR days of training vids you see in movies.

3/5
good

I believe most people in my line of work practise EDI on a daily basis and yes, it does make the workplace a nicer place to be

Patronising

I felt this was very patronising in tone and also not fully legally up to date in some areas. Perhaps the content could be reviewed.
