The course contained a lot of information broken done to bitesize and digestible pieces of knowledge. I found the course easy to understand and remember because of this way of presenting.

The course covers a lot of ground. There were concepts that were new to me such as the definitions of harrassment and victimisation which I needed to go back over to fully understand. The E Learning style allowed me to revisit that easily.

Very clear explanation of each subject matter, giving examples where necessary. Breaks were included when needed which was good to help with the learning module. Excellent course

A thought provoking subject which highlights how the work environment has changed over my 46 years of working life. It is now a very different environment since I started work aged 16.

A lot of useful information. I found some of the questions at the end of each module hard, sometimes there were no obvious wrong answers and there was a lot to remember from each module but the quiz at the end was easier.

Very informative and easy and user friendly.

The information is clear & well delivered but only aimed at those in work environments and not at all for freelancers

I was able to get some filing done while listening to it. Not too taxing but covered all the points.

It was good to have breaks in this one due to the length of it. It would be good to carry this through to other courses over 45 minutes

I like the metaphor of us all being threads in a fabric I also like that there were breaks!
