the course takes through all aspects which can be impacted by injustice in a work place then it shows you what the legislation says about it then finally advices you hot to carry out positiveness in a working environment . well presented and well understood.

I thought that I was aware of most of the issues already however this has brought some new issues to light and has helped to reinforce and further explain the issues I was aware of which has been helpful. I certainly learned from the Equality/Equity issues and the course clarified this very well. Mostly the course made me think just a little more deeply about how to recognise the issues in myself and in others and I am grateful for that.
