The presenters were relaxed, welcoming and clear, the graphics were useful and the summary sections were helpful. This year the questions related directly to the information which had been presented. The new sections relating to very recent issues were instructive. Video clips from the workplace showed emotions well, while the peg figures removed bias cleverly. It seemed a definite improvement on last year's training video.

I found it very clear and easy to follow. It was thorough and very up to date and I especially enjoyed the visuals and examples. I recommend this course.
