It is an eye opener that there are so many ways that we can train ourselves to be more mindful of other people's differences by imagining being in their shoes.
Conflated discrimination based on accent with racism. Also.... a more general philosophical thing: "Equity" and "fairness" is still a very vague concept and thus easily misinterpreted and abused... but I get it.
It's basically what we should already know as we go thru life from books, media, news and from adverts and at school
Straight forward content. Nothing too deep or complicated, more of a refresher than a anything else. But a good compliment to other training offered and relevant to the the role we play in apprentices time.
