Somewhat ironic really that many people on the shopfloor (primarily because their level of English) will find this presentation confusing and possibly feel alienated by it as they will undoubtedly get a number of the questions (that are more about testing semantics than anything else) wrong. The makers of this video never took 60 seconds themselves to think about the diversity of their audience.
