The course provided a deeper insight into behaviour at work and how to be much more aware of others and how people feel. Treating everyone fairly and looking to improve and learn in all 4 key areas so the workplace is an even better experience. Excellent course.

This course gives a great insight into why equality, diversion and inclusion are so important within the work place and every part of life. I would recommend this to anyone in a workplace.

Well put together in that the training maintains your interest, informative and very worthwhile
A very easy to follow course which is presented in manageable steps to enable the information to be absorbed at a comfortable pace. A visual course which for some will be an easier method of learning.
