This training was easy to set up. Very informative Interesting Very detailed but set out so easy to understand
I was particularly impressed with the recognition that breaks should be taken during the course. The idea of taking 60 seconds to think about how another person is feeling is a powerful tool that I will use in future. Despite having had EDI training previously, I still felt I learned something from this course.
Makes you think about other people and what sort of society you want to live in and be apart of.
good course but its ok workers doing the course but putting it into practice is a different story.

I was happy to do the above course although I have completed courses on a similar subject matter previously, however I did find it interesting to learn all of the subjects and how up to date the course was. The presenters spoke clearly and was able to understand everything on the video slides. The exam at the end was brief which was good.
