This is a really comprehensive course covering all you need to know about D&I in the workplace. My one criticism would be the use of the term BAME. I think it is an outdated term and it should be explained that it is no longer acceptable to use this as it diminishes identities,. It is a lazy term and we should be talking about why it is not helpful to use it.

This is a very well put together course, which is easy to follow (no complicated or confusing links or cross references which make it difficult to follow) and the content is purposeful, thorough and clearly conveyed. Thank you.
