Clarity

A comprehensive training in a good format, with clear presentation that's providing clear information to be retained and used. A good format for other sources of training to follow.

It really made me think

This was a fine programme and was very well expressed. It was a pity to find several grammatical errors in an otherwise good production.

I prefer self-directed learning

As above, I prefer to digest learning via reading course materials rather than being presented to, and therefore found the format of having to wait for each slide to run from start to finish quite frustrating, particularly as I'd muted the presenter and was reading the transcript at a quicker speed. I would also have preferred that the training had spent more time considering microaggressions v macroaggressions, unconscious bias etc. rather than what felt like fairly unnecessary explanations of what each protected characteristic meant.

Very clear to understand

I found this course clear to understand if just a little bit confusing with the use of some terms. That is down to me not coming across them before and so it's harder to get into my head.

It was straightforward and clear.

My only adverse comment is that there were times when it felt a little condescending and patronising but I suppose that’s perhaps unavoidable when it has to be absolutely clear and unequivocal

Good

Quite a lot to digest when the group's identified are so close together.

It was very good, I learned a lot

Never seen training that was NOT boring, but this was not! It was so interesting to listen and educate myself. I thought that I already know so much about equality&diversity;, but I was so wrong! I loved presenters - passionate, professional, clear voice. Amazing training, thank you for that!
