It did not teach me anything more about myself, others legislation, behaviour than I already know and practice.It stated financial facts '+36% more profit' and £4.20 for £1 invested' but without reference to the source of this data.

The course reminds us of the Diversity within the UK workplace. It stretches the mind to challenge your own perception and leads you to acknowledge that you may have made presumptions about a colleague or contacts behaviour
