Lack of neurodiversity awareness

I wanted to say that I found the course very engaging and informative, however, the reason I have given this course 2 stars is because I was very disappointed with the lack of information on neurodiversity in the Disability video. At the start of the video, you provided a definition of disability as "a physical or mental impairment which has a long term and substantially adverse effect on a person's ability to carry out normal day to day activities", and yet invaluable traits such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, Autism and Bipolar Disorder, were omitted. As a result, I would argue that the Disability video was very misinformed and quite misleading since you were only focusing on the physical aspect and disregarding the mental aspect of it – and therefore, not giving enough time to educate your students on this subject matter appropriately. I hope you will find the time to improve on this video because these traits are also protected by the Equality Act and therefore rightfully deserved to be addressed in this discussion.

Well presented and interesting course

They key points were conveyed in a plain English with sections to test knowledge of concepts which is useful for re-enforcement of the facts

Clear and good explanations

I felt the course was quite long with a lot to take in while I was listening to it. However, the information was well structured and the idea of introducing breaks was a very good idea to let ideas settle in your mind. The messages were repeated and reinforced during the course of the training with clear and simple graphics to make it clear. Although I took hardly any notes I found at the end of the training I was able to answer the test questions without any difficulty, which means the information was clear and I had retained and understood it. A very important topic so it's good that this training was so well presented.

Forced to follow videos -sheepdipped

No thought given to how much the student might already know about the subject. Completely linear
