Heart warming to know that this is mandatory. One big step forward for anyone who is trained this way. Not patronising and easily understood.

Enjoyed this training session and certain makes one incredibly aware of their behaviour, language used and more conscious about inclusion and kindness.
I felt that the gender identity part of the protective characteristic section should have come either before or after the slide on sex. Otherwise fairly good

I found this course to be incredibly insightful and it gave me some real food for thought. I particularly like the idea of the 60 second reframing exercise, and think that we could all benefit from practicing this in both our personal and professional lives. I believe that this course should be mandatory for all within umlaut.
Excellent communication with the opportunity for self reflection.
