The course could be more succinct
This is an interesting training that helped me to have a better view and understanding of the aspect covered by the Equality Act. I also acquired more knowledge about things that I didn't know.
It was perfectly adequate training and is fit for purpose in my opinion.
Very informative
A very accessible course, using great analogies to aid understanding of the fact that, although we might only be a thread in the cultural fabric of an organisation, we can all make a difference. Also loved the example of going for a coffee to illustrate the meaning of equality, equity, and diversity.
