A course that appeared to thoroughly cover a complex and diverse topic which has become increasingly complex in recent years with the variations on the subjects of sexual orientation and diversity. It did its best to deal with some nuances of language that we are required to understand by current legislation but I felt for my very limited role in the College the whole course was 'over the top'. Ideal for full time employees but for occasional advisors a lighter version that concentrated on the principles rather than the detail would have been wholly adequate.
