I like to think I am accepting of all lifestyles but this course made me wonder if I sometimes make judgements without even realising it. I will try to be more understanding of all people I come into contact with in the future.
Gave a very good insight into how diverse the workplace can be and how everyone can be valued, appreciated, heard and listened to. I really enjoyed the training.
Covered relevant topics
Covered a lot of material in a interesting format, well illustrated and thought provoking.
This has made me think realistically about how Equality in many different ways impacts us as an individual and within the company we work for.
Easy to follow and understand
This is an easy to follow and well presented course. Plenty of additional resources to cement individual knowledge and understanding.
Lots of information to absorb, but quite clearly presented. a few eye openers!
