Very long and personally I did not learn anything that I didn't already knew. So, I think that such courses should be attended on a voluntary basis by those individuals who feel the need for them. To make attendance compulsory for training, may in itself be counter productive. Training, on the main should be there for individuals who wish to better themselves, improve knowledge of the organisation for which they work, or who feel that they may have knowledge gaps. Mandatory stuff including training ends up being very negative and counterproductive for peoples' perception of organisations.
Clear distinctions between the definitions and what employees rights are. Useful to reflect on these topics even though you might have already done many similar trainings.
Good mix of interactive tests and videos to maintain focus on course content
A BIT TO LENGTHY TO TAKE ALL DETAILS IN
