The presenters gave a very clear presentation that covered all aspects of being respectful and decent.
Discrimination/harrassment of people taking shared parental leave, paternity leave and adoption leave not covered. The focus was on maternal benefits of employment and pregnancy despite the partners also sometimes being subject to stresses, taking time off and perhaps also having depression as a result of the impact of a significant change to their life.

Found the course heavy going due to the amount of content, maybe if it could be split over two courses it would reduce the pressure to understand fully.
