Like I said, a lot to listen to in one sitting. But it wasn’t too bad. It’s free knowledge for the work place so I’m not complaining. But I now know I get a certificate out of it so then I can show the mrs and she will be proud of me 😊
Covered a lot in a short time and was rich in easy to understand content. Thought provoking in a wider application so appreciated.
Essential as it covers a a topic that can contribute to staff well being and organisational output & success

There was more thought-provoking content than I was expecting. I thought it was well-presented and didn't skirt around issues. I think the concept of "the ideal workplace" was interesting.
When you think you know it all, then this course pops up in an effective manner
