Too repetitive on each section

A good comprehensive course covering all aspects. I have completed many such courses but they were not so repetitive and long drawn out to the point of patronising at times. The content was spot on though and good refresher.

Really interesting

Really good course and gave me a great understanding of EDI. I did get a couple of questions wrong as it was just the wording (ie indirect or bullying vs harassment) but understood all of the principles

Very informative and thought provoking

Very good course which put into context all the diversity and equality terms that most people are already aware of. Could see this being a useful addition to staff inductions in the workplace and tailored versions aimed at school children or students/apprentices at college.

Really useful refresher course

The course was presented really well. It was easy to follow and understand the subject matters. I have done lots of these courses in the past and this one was probably broken down in a more easy to understand format. I found it really useful

Good course .

very thought intensive, and work place Reflection.

Useful and practical presentations.

It was a very helpful training. Well set out and easy to follow. I did think however that some of the images that were used with real people in them were slightly over glamorised and “trendy“. Your idea of older people in the workplace and people with disabilities in the workplace were again somewhat overglamorised.
