The training in unnecessarily long and the questions ridiculously easy. There is no need for training to answer such questions. Better to offer a test and if the person taking it does not get a certain %, then they do the hour long training.
It reminds us all how we can inadvertently make assumptions around what we consider to be helpful/kind/useful strategies at work for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion practices without consulting the people involved for their views and preferences.
A very helpful and educational course that was easy to follow. Very informative too.

Easy to understand and apply in practice. Updated from last time with more information on gender which was really appreciated.
A great little video course, although I felt some of the questions were ambiguous and also the assumption was made that people know what 'passive means'. It took longer than 60 minutes though, more like 110 minutes.
