The course was interesting, however, I found that alot of what they were saying is, in my opinion, common knowledge and they appeared to be repeating themselves
I'd like to think I'm an open minded individual with a good grip on what it means to be inclusive and non-baised. This course, however, taught me some things I did not know and refreshed my point of view on others. I'd recommend it to everyone in the workplace
Covers all aspects really well, helped me consider all potential situations and understands the unconscious bias that we all need to address.
