Question asked about this - "First of all, if someone discusses their sexual orientation with you at work, or you come across the information somehow, it’s inappropriate for you to discuss it with other people. And it’s simply a matter of personal privacy, so if you come across information connected to a colleague’s sexual orientation, you should keep it confidential." Question asked if it was unlawful to discuss sexual orientation in this scenario, correct answer flagged as 'True' but the content from the transcript and the video states 'It's simply a matter of personal privacy', not stating anything about legality, giving the implication that it is not unlawful. Either the question or the course content would be better served to outline the legality of the individual's responsibilities here.
I think the analogy to 'threads' made this fairly easy to relate to... concise and to the point, I quite enjoyed completing the training.

What I liked the most was the way you used flowers and coffees for it to be so relatable. I have worked for different organisations and I actually liked the way this training model worked.
