basic and condescending

Whilst the subject matter is important in a modern and healthy workplace I found the videos very condescending, not overly informative about new subject matter that any reasonable person should already know and the tests at the end and during can be answered with minimal learning.

Updated to include transgender.

I found this course very informative and inclusive. I think it does make you reflect on your own experiences, and how you would feel, and give consideration to those who have experiences being in such a situation of being bullied or discriminated against. Raising awareness, and making sure behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs, not only by oneself, but those of colleagues too, remain totally inclusive, and none stereotypical. Hopefully on going training and making people aware of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion will help to eradicate problems in the workplace.

Clear and well presented course.

This course format seems to have been tweaked. The self-reflectiveness aspect is very useful as it prompted me to think about how easy it can be to contravene best practice subconsciously and become more self aware. Some of the questions really take careful thought and the short breaks are helpful. I felt it was time well spent to be better informed.
