Interesting

Interesting and relevant, but a little wordy, could have been condensed a bit

Great Course

I really enjoyed this course. It differed so much from other EDI training I’ve had. I like that it really encouraged individuals to take responsibility and to be part of that change which is needed in the workplace and society.

Good coverage of an involved subject.

This is an intricate and delicate subject which has been covered very well. I feel much more in tune with how I should be behaving as a result.

a lot of info but still lacking...

This training session was quite long so the suggested breaks throughout were good. I feel like I am now well informed on a range on EDI and what is legally required in the workplace. However, I feel that the focus primarily on what is included in the legislation overlooks a lot of good practice that should be included in the workplace - for example micro-aggressions that can be racist, sexist or homophobic are not covered. Instead the more extreme and explicit forms of bullying and harassment are covered. Microaggressions can occur in multiple conversations everyday, sometimes without people realising they're doing it. This would overlap in EDI and Unconscious bias training and I think is critical in creating an inclusive and safe workspace...
