Your worst course yet - excessively long winded. In all of that waffle there are about 3 relevant facts that need to be known (unless you are the boss /owner) the rest can be summed up as " don't be a prat ".
An interesting and informative course.
Makes you a different person
I really like the way these courses are set out, easy to navigate and listen to, and there was lots of additional info to look at as well.
The course is good in content, and easy to follow, but I do not see why knowing the exact terminology for the different types of discrimination is particularly useful given how confusing it can be. Isn't it more important to recognise that it IS discrimination, and know where to find out more information or how to deal with it?
When I am busy at work, it is quite difficult to fit in reading and then remembering what I have read because of constant interruptions.
Can examples/case studies be included from our work? Can we make reference to our strategy, values, policies? Can we include stats, demographics, etc about the region and the value/benefits of inclusive behaviours locally?
Very informative and great for self reflection.
