Communicated enough relevant information on a subject where there is a lot of variations to consider.
This training makes you think of so many things that go on in daily life and in the workplace. It allows you to think about your behaviour and the behaviour of others, and challenge.
The course was very informative, I certainly learned a lot from this and would recommend colleagues take the time to take the course.

I found the course generally informative and helpful, but felt it was significantly too long and to some extent repetitive. Perhaps it is necessary to hammer the message in for some people, so your mileage may vary and I may not be the most typical target audience, as many things felt to me elementary common courtesy and good manners. So, I accept the length might be intentionally part of the exercise; but for me it was substantially too long.
I would have scored better if some of the test questions were not worded in a way that seemed like there were 2 legitimate answers
