However much you think you know on this subject matter, you will learn some interesting and new facts that will challenge and motivate you to be more proactive. This was my favourite iHasco course by far. Really informative and educational and makes you realise the value of workplaces treating each employee with value, respect and opportunity.
A good introduction to these three subjects, educational and will help you to learn to be a better manager, colleague and friend as this doesn't just apply to workplaces.

The course really helps t appreciate and understand the complex issues within the workplace and will help me change / improve the workplace by ensuring that all employees feel safe, comfortable, valued and appreciated.
