I was aware of some of the information provided but a lot has been updated, and therefore was very informative and helpful to know and understand.
I feel that some of the terms used for the different aspects/behaviours are inter-changeable, and therefore potentially confusing.
Informative videos, easy to follow and understand, can stop and start as needed.

Positives: gives a very basic grounding in an employees responsibility under UK employment law related to EDI Negatives: Representations and examples are limited to economically advantaged, UK specific contexts, less engaging to a more diverse or international workplace. Using an example of inviting colleagues to a coffee shop for drinks to illustrate inclusivity was particularly ill judged, considering that my organisation promoted this training heavily during Ramadan.

The information on racial diversity is out of date - a link to a bbc website from some years ago is not a good reference. Recent research from two American universities has not managed to replicate the early results (which showed a 4% increase, not 36% as stated by the bbc). Recent results have found diversity at board level makes no difference to work outcomes. The information about trans stuff also needs considering - it is worded badly. We are not assigned a gender at birth (but a sex), and nobody exactly fits a sex stereotype. Most of the rest is okay.
