Training is excellent.

A brilliant system whereby you can start the training, leave, and pick up where you left off.

Self-reflecting, room for improvement

The videos were more concise in this training module and had more resources for users to go through independently. One resource did not link to a current site or resource, another went to the wrong URL. Not great when placing more responsibility for training on the user. I learnt new things, so overall it was a benefit.

Very informative

Very well informed course. Covers all information needed for an employee to be respectful and considerate towards others. Shows the harm of discrimination on any grounds

Eye-opening and effective.

This training package on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is fantastic as it delves into many aspects of negative behaviours that we so often are guilty of without even realising it. I find it very essential in this millennium because gender issues and terminologies are ever changing and human rights keep improving. Secondly, as different people from societies of the whole world now live, study and work together in all countries, the lesson on discrimination, stereotyping and harassment is eye-opening. The course-content and skilled presentation made this course enjoyable and easier to understand.

Patronising at first

I'm afraid I felt it was patronising and childish at first, seemed to assume that I needed to be persuaded that equality and inclusion is right and bigotry is wrong. But it got better as it went on, although some of the questions are a bit dodgy, eg. the statement that 'no two gender identities are the same ...' means that that there are 7 billion (or whatever the world population is) different gender identities, which is clearly ridiculous. I take the point being made but I think things have to be written to be literally, not just figuratively, true, in a test.

IF YOU NEED THIS COURSE YOU SHOULD NOT .

I would do better than a 90% average if i had bothered to watch or listen but watched Rick and Morty while the videos played.

very easy to follow

clear and easy to understand, it was well formatted to keep you engaged. A little condescending in parts, as myself and all my colleagues are already kind, inclusive and thoughtful.
