The course reminds us that we all have a legal requirement to abide by certain rules. To be fair, if we are all kind, considerate & supportive then the workplace functions properly but it is important to understand that certain behaviors are not acceptable in the modern world. There is a lot to take in but if we empathise with our colleagues & show the above qualities then we should not have a problem.

It was good to think about some subjects where perhaps not enough time has been allocated, there was also a section where I learnt a few new things.
