Good course but perhaps a bit lengthy. Lots of topics that make you think about things in a different way which is always useful.
Each category was very clear and concise and covered well.
The training session is very well presented and features interactive questions and a brief final test, which helps with engagement. My only criticism would be that I felt some of the content went beyond the legal requirements and was too political; however, our iHASCO account manager helpfully offered to remove those slides from the course.
Genuinely thought provoking in so many aspects and across various scenarios - many of which we are likely to have witnessed or been included in, both within the workplace and in our personal lives.
Great training that provides a full picture of the issues to consider in the workplace (and in real life too) when considering equality, diversity and inclusion. Lots to think about and reflect on. Very useful course.
