There is a lot there and much of it is common sense but there is also a surplus of information.

The course is clear and easy to follow and the presenters make the points well. It's good that it includes a couple of questions to answer along the way to keep you focussed and allows you replay the videos if required. The only reason I've given it 4 instead of 5 is that I found it a little long.

Having two different presenters helped to break it up. The words were clearly defined and the examples helped to explain what they mean in practise. The opportunities to reflect were helpful in applying it to one's own situation.

It helps as a reminder to be kind and understanding to all people and always remember to put yourself in their situation to gain a deeper understanding and help the situation.
